How do I know which size to order?
Measure around your dog’s neck where their collar normally sits and compare it with our Size Guide. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.
Are your collars adjustable?
Yes! Our collars are adjustable within the measurement range listed for each size. Always check the individual product details before ordering.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
